October 1, 2026: initial dataset and tools.
- Imported the original DOL NDCP 2008–2022 workbook, keeping the newest usable value and source year for each age and setting.
- Adjusted county prices to the August 2026 day-care and preschool CPI, retaining annual indices and exact factors.
- Added 2020–2024 ACS income and population, 300 largest-place city mappings, historical Connecticut county handling and Census adjacency.
- Added January 2025 ACF initial income and copay tables for all 50 states and Washington, DC, plus New Mexico’s universal-care update.
- Added worth-working, nanny comparison, FSA/credit and subsidy income tools with 2025/2026 tax rules.
Each price page keeps the underlying source dates. The site date does not turn a historical survey into a 2026 observation.
